Dr. Todd Ryan Garber, MD

After my stroke at 60 I was referred to him. It has been ten yrs now. He has diagnosed and with much patients and understanding we working together have been able to control and relieve my neuropathy symptoms. God Bless Dr. Todd.

Dr. Garber has provided care for both my mother-in-law and my mother. My mother-in-law sadly had ALS. Dr. Garber was very thorough and empathetic. My mother is facing early dementia symptoms. Dr. Garber has been thorough and kind in his treatment of her. I also want to say how terrific Robin is in his office. Organized, polite and understanding, she is always there. It is very reassuring to know who you are talking to on the phone. I would recommend Dr. Garber.

My father is a patient of Dr. Garber's, unfortunately. My father has a cancer that causes seizure if untreated. His last seizure was in November, and his license was suspended for 6 months. To my father this is a big deal. Dr. Garber does not seem to sympathize with his patients. In Dr. Garber's office, there is a paper stating, "Please allow 2 weeks for all forms to be filled out," posted on the window. Now my father's cancer is almost gone. My father does not have a driver license, so it makes things 10 times harder to go anywhere. Needless to say, my father received a phone call from Dr. Garber's office, about 15 minutes before the office closed on a Friday afternoon and no one could take him to get the paper. My father and I stopped by his office today(Monday), and no one had any idea as to why my father was called because the paper was no where to be found. So not only does the doctor not care to take the patients into consideration, neither does the rest of the staff. … So, we are now waiting over two weeks for the paperwork to get my dad's driver license back. And I have seen some of the other reviews people have written. It does not seem that anyone in the office, including the doctor, cares an ounce about the reputation of the practice. I assumed, that when St. Luke's took over the hospital and surrounding practices, that everything would get better. So on that note, my entire family is utterly disappointed in the quality of care. The person who wrote the previous comment is 100% correct in saying, it is waste of time and apparently no one in the office cares that people think this.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Garber. I found him to be a very nervous and quarky doctor. He claimed to have knowledge of my neurological disorder at the scheduling of my appt. however upon my visit I found that he could not possibly have known about it or he clearly woukd not have fumbled around as badly as he did. He double booked my appointment and left me sitting in his exam room four different times for an extended period of time. I was very ill and exhausted by the waiting. I suspect he was looking my condition up on the computer. He was more concerned with me becoming a regular patient than sending me to a specialist that was competant to take care of me. He focused only on the obvious. He failed to follow through with prescriptions for invalid testing he suggested anyway. I woukd have paid him his premium just to be truthful and admit he coukd not help me. I am very dissapointed.
