Dr. Todd Michael Garrett, MD

Dr. Todd Garrett is by far one of the most engaged, caring medical professional I have been a patient of. Not all physicians listen and engage a patient. I am a 2 time cancer survivor and on my 3rd round of fighting this ugly and tragic disease. Being a physician is one thing, but not all physician show the sincere caring for each patient. It's not just a job, it's a calling.

I have extensive complicating medical problems and when I saw Dr Garret, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional! It is hard for me to find a good doctor that will listen to all of my issues and can compile them together to understand the care I need. I highly recommend this doctor, and I have seen a lot of doctors in my life. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. A great overall package!

Went in to see Dr. Garrett for my yearly exam. When scheduling my appointment, his front office person set me up with a "Medicare Wellness Exam" stating that it is great because Medicare pays 100% and "we don't even have to bill your secondary". What she neglected to tell me was if I had any other questions and/or concerns, I would be responsible for the office visit. At the end of my "questionnaire " exam, I asked Dr. Garrett if he would authorize physical therapy for a lower back problem. He said yes and also gave me a prescription. He never examined my back....I was amazed when I received a bill for $115.00 for his services. I believe his office staff should explain to patients that a "Medicare Wellness" visit is nothing more than a series of questions, your blood pressure taken and the physician listening to your heart.
