Dr. Todd Alan Hayes, MD

I can't say whether he is a great doctor or not since i only saw him once at the ER room. I feel he listened, was patient with me and appeared to care. Hard to fairly rate a doctor you have not seen more than one time.

Terrible doctor. Doesn’t listen to you. Apparently knows your body better than you do after 5 minutes. Walked in with pain and fever and walked out the same way. Still the same the following morning so I called a real doctor who got me sorted out. Will not be going back to St Luke’s.

A little surprised at some of the reviews above. I had a decent experience with Dr. Hayes at St Luke’s recently in the emergency room. He was attentive and had a sense of humor in regards to the stressful situation I was in. Long wait time in the emergency room at times but this is understandable considering levels of urgency. Appreciated his help during my stay.

He saw my daughter in the ER. I work in the healthcare profession and work with doctors on a daily basis, but I have never experienced a doctor so callous, rude, and unsympathetic in my entire career. I had always been impressed with St Luke’s Hospital, but I never want to experience him again. Our family felt attacked. With his lack of empathy, I won’t let him take care of my dog!! Very unprofessional.

Dr. Hayes is terrible. He was arrogant and had a very poor attitude. He made the experience very uncomfortable and awkward. My dad is one of the directors at St. Lukes and will be making a formal complaint about Dr. Hayes. He needs a major attitude adjustment. He does not act like a professional at all. Can't believe he is a doctor at St. Lukes

Dr. Hayes was extremely rude and he cut you off in the middle of your sentence. He was very nonchalant about general concerns. He was overly abrasive and combative. He was arrogant and had a very snotty attitude. Very awkward experience will not recommend this doctor to my worse enemy I am very shocked he is employed by St Luke's he is a horrible representation of the hospital

Dr. Hayes is horribly rude & condescending. He is arrogant & doesn't listen to his patients. He passes judgement & creates an uneasy atmosphere. St. Lukes is a great healthcare facility but I am reluctant to go back because of this Dr.
