Excellent doctor

I have been seeing Dr Hilbelink for a year and i feel he is doing me some good. He listens to all i have to say and he ask me questions about my health problems. He keeps me on track with what he wants me to do. I highly recommend Dr. Hilbelink. I have type 2 diabetes and it has been affecting my kidneys.

Dr. Hilbilink is very easy to talk to and takes the time to understand your situation!

Great dr. Not stuck up his own rear end, like most MD's. Pleasant, realistic, down to earth.

Dr. Hilbelink is smart, however, unlike the previous review I do not agree that he listens. He is dismissive of symptoms unless he has scientific evidence that supports my symptoms. He assumes that my symptoms are manufactured by Internet research rather than my own objective data. His office staff is insensitive and rude. I've never had such poor experiences in a doctor's office and its unfortunate to experience same during such a journey. I hope to find an equally smart doctor with a better bedside manner. This disease is stressful enough without the provider adding additional stress.

Even though I am in stage four renal failure, I am not afraid, because Dr Hilbelink always tells me the truth, and he listens to what I have to say. I believe he is very caring, thoughtful and kind. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor!
