Dr Hulse grew up in Inver Grove Heights, MN. He graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska in 1986. With a passion for education, Dr Hulse also lectured fifth year pharmacy students at Creighton University and taught at Creighton University's Summer Explorer Program, which exposed advanced high school students to the dental school curriculum. After settling down in the Twin Cities, Dr Hulse married his wife Sara, who practiced Law at the Hastings firm of Sieben-Polk.
Once his family was established, he attended the University of St Thomas and obtained an MBA in Group Practice Management. Dr Hulse also has a practice in St. Anthony, Minnesota three days a week. Dr Hulse has also invested hundreds of hours in post graduate studies, including Level I of the prestigious Post Graduate Esthetic Continuum at the University of Minnesota, advanced studies at the Dawson Institute for Studies in Occlusion, and the Seattle Study Groups. Dr …Hulse also brings to River Valley Dental advanced training in Cerec Cad Cam Digital Dentistry and advanced training and certification with both Invisalign and ClearCorrect orthodontic services. He is currently a member of the 21st Century Study Club. Dr Hulse is known also for his uncompromising demand for excellence, meticulous attention to detail and a warm and caring demeanor.
Dr Hulse and his wife Sarah live in Mendota Heights and have two children, a son, Alexander, and a daughter, Jane. Dr Hulse's interests include golf, boxing, art and reading while trying to keep up with two children.Â
