My granddaughter went to see the Dr.for a neck injury from a car accident.the staff is rude we waited 1hr.then we saw the Dr. he did not exam her c he came in and sat down proceeded to push for injections the next thing she was discharged from his service.if you are notgoing to have injections he is not going to treat you.iread some people stating they have been going to him for years my question is why ,injections every 3months good for his walletwhen she refuse and we asked for an alternative the Dr.states I don't order any ting for chronic pain.he suggested to melt motrin in warm water and soak a washcloth in it then place it on her neck,he also said that the body will heal itself.we called a week later to ask for an RX ofmed that she had been on before not a

Before going to Dr. Jaffe I read his online reviews. Some were good and others not so good. After several appointments and treatments with Dr. Jaffe I can highly recommend him (he’s amazing). He and his entire staff have always been very friendly, compassionate, competent and professional. If you’re looking for excellent results he is the doctor to see. Zero empathy by doctor or staff. The staff is hostile and rude, especially the office manager. The staff and doctor has already predetermined that any new patient must be a junkie addict and, therefore, treat them as such. Every patient was talked down to and ordered about by the staff. We actually watched the staff shame a very elderly woman because she was not moving fast enough. The wrong prescriptions were called into the pharmacy. When trying to explain that they made a mistake, they discharged me as a patient, and did not provide a clear reason why. They also refused to talk to the pharmacist. The doctor does not listen to what I have to say, and still thinks I am there for a "back injury" instead of my autoimmune condition. I was treated by an awesome Cedars Sinai pain management specialist in Beverly Hills for 10 years before moving to Florida and encountering this obnoxious hot bag of gas, and all Jaffe could do was try to discredit how my pain was previously managed. I have… never experienced anything like this. Avoid this doctor at all costs. He will put you in more pain and shame you while doing so.

Rude, short tempered, insolent, and just down right awful. Office staff is horrible.

He was so thoughtful and kind during our discussions and when he administered my epidurals I felt nothing but just a little pressure. I recommend him highly.

Read up on this office- when you start asking questions you become to much.... they take a long time to approve meds, so you may be with out for days then have to call and question it. He is a provider for marijuana but be aware he wont issue anything more then low thc - due to his licensure as an addiction specialist. I was told there was nothing more that could be done for me and that they would be happy to fax my records to another physician. So I found another pain mgmt dr.

This doctor disappointed me after hearing good things about this doctor I decided to go didn’t give me a chance to speak and decided to switch me to a medicine that was more addictive than the one I was taking then I couldn’t get in touch with him for a week went to my old doctor and he won’t see me anymore not very professional has no empathy

Outstanding staff and Doctor I have been his patient for over 4 years and I don't know what I would do without his treatment.
