To those people in need of back surgery with an extremely skilled neurosurgeon, STOP RIGHT HERE…Pick up your phone and make an appointment with Dr. Todd Lasner. You will not find a more knowledgeable, competent surgeon with a success rate, probably second to none. Due to a cauda equina emergency (after reading an MRI), Dr. Lasner was at my husband’s side by 3am one morning this summer, preparing for surgery. We have heard that with most surgeries of this nature, patients suffer pain for months thereafter. After at least one year of severe pain prior to his surgery, my husband has not so much as taken a Tylenol subsequent to this delicate procedure. In addition, Dr. Lasner’s staff was incredible and the office waiting time for (follow up visits) was minimal. He immediately got me to the MRI and diagnosed my problem and made sure I was safe until the surgery. He kept everyone informed. This is my third surgery and first by him. If I ever need another I would run to him and his staff.

Dr Lasner and Dr Kantieitz saved my life . I had a very serious brain tunor at an impossible location. They both operated on me for an exceitiating 12 hours and subsequently 8 hours. I was too close to leaving my then 10 year old daughter. They could not have been aby better precise dedicated and just incredible doctors. I owe my tecoveru my new life to them. After two year of suffering with back pain (last year severe pain) and over one year consulting with numerous doctors, I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Lasner. Unlike all the others doctors who had no game plan when trying to diagnose my condition, Dr Lasner asked me the right questions; and with curiosity and knowledge, was able to quickly identify the cause of my pain. With the help of his colleague and partner, Dr Kantrowitz, I was prepared for an emergency surgery to remove three tumors from my spinal cord. The surgery performed by Dr Kantrowitz was a great success, and I thank Dr Lasner, Dr. Kantrowitz, and their team for the professionalism, attention, and knowledge, because of them I'm now on my way to living a normal life again pain-free.

my brother , 43 years old, was bought in Emergency with a very severe brain swelling resulting a fall. My Brother swelling was insensitive to any medicines and he would have died if dr. Lasner had not made a surgery operation removing two pieces of skull for groped to decrease the pressure of the brain in the skull. Dr. Lasner has replaced his skull, 2 months later with a new operation . My Brother doesn't have any brain damage he feels good and he has a normal life now. When the conditions of my brother were serious dr.Lasner was always in touch with icu to get updated hour by hour night and day . To me he dr. Lasner always had a clear and effective communication this aspect is very important since I am Italian and being the english not my Language. Definitely I recommend Dr. Lasner to other patients

Dr. Lander is a fantastic surgeon. He is pleasant, courteous, caring and compassionate. My only concern is with making an appointment to see him. I don't know if there is a new receptionist in his office, but she would put you on hold and never gets back to you. I have been put on hold for 22 minutes at one time and had to hang up.

Dr. Lasner is a very professional doctor who is very sensitive to his patient's needs. He provides the highest level of education in neurosurgery in South Florida, and anyone accepted has his patient should consider themselves in very good hands.
