Never again.....Was charged $325 for a 5 minute office visit to clear out ear wax from one of my ears....Yes, you read that correctly...That breaks down to $3,900 per hour or roughly 8 million a year....You gotta be kidding me....NO ONE is entitled to make this amount of money...unless you are one of the top CEO's. Do your research and find another suitable doctor that has better billing practices as there are so many in the area.

My (older) parents have been patients of Dr. Morrow for years. I've accompanied them on their visits several times. Dr. Morrow is professional and patient with a kind manner toward his patients. My mom always has a list of questions for him and Dr. Morrow has always spent the time to discuss her concerns about herself and my dad. At our recent visit, the office was quite busy and we were pleasantly surprised that we were in and out on time. Friendly staff too!

Dr Morrow performed surgery on my son and we were very disappointed in the outcome. When addressing our concerns I felt like Dr Morrow was trying to sell us more cosmetic procedures to fix the bad surgery instead of taking responsibility. Then we went to him for another issue with my son’s nose and he said he had no idea what it was. My son ended up in the emergency room but once again in trying to communicate with Dr Morrow and his team they were only concerned with money and the bill getting paid. It is a horrible feeling as a mom that you trusted your child to this doctor.

I recommend Dr. Morrow to all of my friends and family. He provides the most up-to-date evidence-based medical care. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and honest. He takes the time to listen, and explained all of my treatment options in a clear/concise manner. I did not feel pressured to make any decision I was not comfortable with. The office staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I definitely plan to see Dr. Morrow again in the future.

Dr. Morrow is an excellent physician who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them in a caring manner, always showing kindness and compassion. His office staff is efficient as well. I highly recommend him.

DO NOT GO TO SEE THIS DOCTOR!! This "doctor" looks for ways to make money on you like you are piece of meat instead of addressing your problems. Looks for procedures he can do so he can bill and MAKE MONEY. That's all he cares about is his money. He really should have his medical license revoked. Do not go here. You were forewarned.

Excellent doctor..He is kind and has great bedside manner!

Not only was this a terrible visit but the billing department is just as terrible. I along with my grandmother went to visit Dr. Morrow for my nose and my grandmother for her ears. Without even examining my grandmother Dr. Morrow said "I am sure this has something to do with old age" ; and then continued his examination without listening to our concerns. The hearing department was just as terrible. My grandmother was in pain during the hearing test and the assistants did not car nor try and comfort her. (We sought a second opinion and she has a bone problem in her ears NOT BECAUSE OF OLD AGE). Then the billing department is outrageous I was billed 200$ for just walking into the office; another 150$ for them to look in my ear with a microscope and another 150$ for them to look in my nose. Which I am sure everyone would think this falls under an "office visit to an ENT". However I then called the billing department and spoke with "Shonteeshan" who was one of the most disrespectful… individuals i have ever encountered. I could not address my concerns with my bill to her because she would not let me speak and when I did speak she huffed into the phone and chuckled. I then asked for her name twice and she refused to give it to me until finally the third time asking she did. I then spoke to the manager Veronica who I will add was very polite. If you do not want to feel better after your visit or if you are looking for a headache this is the office for you. If you would like to seek help from kind people and feel better when you leave the office DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible doctor and office would NOT recommend to anyone

Worst doctor ever. He was basically treating me as he was walking out of the door. Did not listen to my concerns and without any care in his voice told me "I don't know why you're having the symptoms that you are" absolutely unacceptable . Very disappointed with his service
