Dr. Todd Irwin Parnes, DO

**PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING HERE!!** This is a money hungry practice that charges you the difference between what your insurance pays out to them and what they actually charge for the procedure/appointment. Mind you, their billing is about THREE times (or more) the amount that it should be. Unfortunately they make it like everything is covered, as it should be if they accept that insurance, and this only comes out AFTER the appointment and/or procedure is done. You are then expected to pay the difference from what is billed to your insurance and what your insurance actually pays them. This is double billing and illegal. When I brought this to their attention they had no interest in hearing it and it appears to be the way this practice works, illegally. For instance the procedure normally would cost between $3,000-$7,000 (billed to your insurance if they accept your insurance). However they billed over $18,000 for this procedure, which would be fine if they just accepted… whatever the insurance company paid out to them. However that is not the case. The insurance company paid about $2,500, which they accept and then they bill the patient (out of pocket) the remaining $15,500!! Oh and the charge just to have this doctor grace you with his presence for an appointment, over $2,000!! Insurance company’s will obviously not pay even remotely close to that amount for an appointment with a specialist, you are LUCKY if they even pay $100. But this practice doesn’t care because, guess what, they bill YOU the difference between the amount you insurance pays out and the ridiculous amount they charge. And you are left with an out of pocket bill of about $1,900 JUST for seeing this man. I’m not sure how this practice is getting away with this illegal billing BUT I can tell you to stay far FAR away!!

Looks like he's going to the club. He has a slickness about him that turned me off. Staff is nice enough, but I did not like him. At the end of the day, it's the doctor that matters. I also felt that an ENT/Otologist who also does plastic surgery is more into looks than medicine--thus the big gold chain on his neck.

during this pandemic I was able to be seen..staff was great, office was clean and Dr. P was awesome as usual.

Dr. Parnes is absolutely the best professional!! can’t believe it took me years to find him. I’ve seen many ENT doctors in my life since I was a child and I knew from our initial meeting that he is the right person and I can fully trust him . We scheduled sinus surgery right away since I had a very bad case , 1 week later and I am almost fully recovered and breathing like I never did before . Highly recommend him , don’t waste your time with others . Dr, Parnes , I am so grateful!!

He was very kind and very knowledgeable. I found his staff to be super competent and extremely friendly. Love the vibe in that office.

BEWARE Todd Parnes performed plastic surgery to remove the bags under my eyes but instead he botched the job. To be brief without being gory he cut the muscle in my lower lid, which created another problem and he then had to perform a "skin graft" causing additional scaring. I suffered pain and did not go out for months because of the way I looked. DR. Parnes kept telling me to give it time just an excuse. This was a year long nightmare not to mention the out of pocket expense. I went to 3 other doctors for help only one would help me. I had to have reconstructed surgery and thankfully this kind doctor in Palm Beach agreed and did the very best he could. I hope no one else suffers at the hands of Dr. Todd Parnes. Is difficult to believe... I had my Daughters for 5 times , and they charge just the insurance Copay... and today they try to charge $ 200 without explanation.... follow the other reviews and you’ll see a pattern of bad behavior on the charges .... also they lie when they say they try to call you .... stay away for this clinic !!

I had surgery and from the very beginning he explained everything well and his staff got all the info they needed. I was originally told i did not need surgery--he disagreed and he was right. I am now cancer free thanks to him.

This doctor is horrible and a liar I’m not sure how he even has a license. He completely botched my friends nose, i saw him stick a file in her nose and scrape her nose to try and fix the surgery he had messed up. Saw him do this at least 4 different times, she wasn’t able to drive after from the pain so i was her ride. Her nose is completely messed up and now him and his staff refuse to help her out in any way at all (including not giving her before pictures to her)

BEWARE he is NOT a good plastic surgeon, he disfigured me during a lower blepharoplasty cutting the muscle in my lower lid and removing too much skin. I suffered and did not leave my house for months, he told me to give it time. After 4 months and several other doctors for consultation I finally found a wonderful doctor willing and capable of performing reconstruction and help me look normal. There are a lot of details that have been omitted. If you contact me on FB I would be more than willing to answer any questions. If this saves one person from the horror I went though than I am glad I posted.
