Dr. Todd Cory Pulerwitz, MD

Dr. Pulerwitz is very caring and professional. He listens to what you say and does not rush you out of the office. When you go to office with a medical problem, he finds a solution for it. Dr. Pulerwitz has added years to my life. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pulerwitz provided a second opinion to evaluate recommendations of several other doctors (including a cardiologist) that I engage in extensive further testing. I consulted him a number of times and soon realized that Dr. Pulerwitz was deeply committed to my well being: I was in good hands. After a thorough review of reports from previous physicians, medical records, results of previous testing and lab work Dr. Pulerwitz gave me the best possible diagnosis: no need for any further testing. Apparently my cardiovascular system is better than expected for others my age (72). Of course he added a strong recommendation to maintain my current diet and exercise regimen. If and when I have any need for a cardiologist I will count on Dr. Pulerwitz again. I recommend him in the strongest terms without reservation.

Had been visiting family in NY and passed out. Went to see Dr. Pulerwitz who was incredibly caring, supportive, thorough, and informative. After undergoing a couple tests that were well explained to me, I was told that I was healthy and no major health issues to worry about. I'm only sorry that we don't live in NY, as it's difficult to find such an excellent doctor as Doctor Pulerwitz.

Very personable and caring. Goes out of his way to think about how to help you including reviewing meds and saving a lot of money for patient when reasonable alternatives available. Very detail oriented. Felt like seeing a doctor back in the days before health care changed and the doctor was very rushed and had less time to spend with patients. Have other family members going to see Dr. Pulerwitz.

I found it easy to discuss my problems with Dr. Pulerwitz. He takes the time, asks questions to get a full picture and listens. I didn't have to repeat myself. Furthermore, I don't recall anyone giving me a more complete exam. I didn't feel rushed. In addition, Dr. Pulerwitz fully explained why he advised certain tests and then the results and diagnosis. We discussed what different choices of therapy were available to me and with his knowledgeable input, the course for me to follow. I felt I played a role in the decision. I would without reservation feel secure in his care and plan to continue to have him as my cardiologist.

Saw Dr. Pulerwitz for health preventive needs after looking up his training/credentials. Very happy that I saw him because after a thorough exam he diagnosed me with PAD as well as disease in my carotid artery. He now has gotten me to change my lifestye and get me on great medications. I feel very comfortable that he will be following me over time.

Very happy with doctor. Spends a lot of time and excellent educator. Many doctors can't explain medical situations well but Dr Pulerwitz is superb at communicating with you. Left feeling really good about my care and will definitely return as well as telling friends and family about him.
