His chairside manner was very good. He accomplished the prep of two crowns within an hour. His new office was very comfortable and very patient friendly. His recepsionist was quite professional and polite.

I had my first appointment here yesterday after being referred by a friend. I seriously hadn't had a dentist appointment in two years (I swear, I'm a hygienically clean person, just super lazy when it comes to finding new doctors and that's when I moved to Fort Morgan). From the receptionist to Dr. Rinaldi himself everyone was SUPER nice. Going to the dentist is never a fun thing, but they made it a little less painless. They fit me in for same day initial appointment AND a two hour cleaning (yeah, and THAT is why you don't wait two years between going to the dentist). Dr. Rinaldi did a fantastic and super thorough job though. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in the Fort Morgan Area

Absolutely horrible visit. I was lectured about how he doesn't make any money off the insurance (although he accepts it....) unless I switch my whole family to his practice, which I didn't do, because I wanted to try him out before I did that. As I was leaving he told me I had a $100 copay, which I do not, but I didn't know what to do so I paid it. I talked with my insurance after and they said I should have been charged $30, per their agreement. This guy was a jerk! He knew I wasn't coming back to his office, so he pretty much just charged me whatever he wanted to. Run away from this guy!
