Dr. Todd Andrew Schock, MD

Dr. Schock and his staff were extremely professional and kind. I had a delicate situation with the source of my injuries and they tried to help, even with resistance from the sources of my injuries. After traveling the U.S. with help from the insurance company and other legal sources, I really believe you are in the best hands with Dr. Schock. My story will be hitting the news at some point after the government proceedings, and I want Dr. Schock to be one of my treating doctors.

Where to start? First of all, zero stars should be a choice. Dr. Schock is fine. His staff? Easily the worst. Angela checked my daughter in with an attitude like she'd rather be anywhere else in the world. If I would have known that asking her a simple question would inconvenience her so, I would've kept quiet until someone more willing to do their job came along. I'm sorry if you hate your life. Don't take it out on the patients. I'd also suggest turning up the music in the office louder so the people in the waiting room can't hear the staff complaining about the doctor who employs them and how much of a jerk he can be. Dr. Schock, you seemed competent. But because of your horribly rude staff, we are going to Dr. Krueger.
