Excellent ortho doctor. A no nonsense type of person which I like. Doctor Shapiro made me feel very comfortable and told me what to expect and I like that. Wonderful “bedside manner”. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Communication before surgery and results that follow after surgery have been right on. If a Doctor tells you something and the results are different, then in my eyes you are seeing the wrong Doctor. Dr. Shapiro is very good, very honest and cares about his patients and I would definitely refer Dr. Todd A Shapiro and the specialty trained doctors at Southern California Orthopedic Institute.

We had ACL repair with Dr. Shapiro. We found him extremely knowledgeable and current on all repairs and outcomes. His staff is friendly and the wait time is minimal. They helped us with finding and obtaining other services as well as pushing up surgery time so that recovery could start early. Our physical therapist also chose Shapiro for a surgery. That certainly shows how respected he is in his field.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Shipiro and as always he is professional and did an excellent job. He highly recommended.

This office is amazing. They treat you like a family member, give you options and let you make decisions based on your needs and concerns. They don't use scare tactics and find alternatives for what you want. They also use surgery as a last resort unless that is the only solution or completely necessary. They have constant contact and are available at all hours. They genuinely care. I would recommend this office to anyone having any kind of issue.
