I used to go here ....thinking they cared. First you are greeted with respect. You might not have anything wrong with your teeth. It it is the next visit where they will find something wrong. I had a crown done originally by aspen dental. They did a terrible job. Then this place made it worse ....even ruined the root of my tooth...so they ended up giving me an unnecessary root canal. FOR a few years I chomped on a rock....literally a crown that felt like a rock. I paid a lot of money ! Terrible person and terrible dentist. Another awful incident was In 2018 I was pregnant with my 3rd child...and broke a tooth. This dentist said the tooth needed to be pulled. The other dentist said he could perform a root canal ....all this is going on while I was balling my eyes out crying. BIG Todd numbed the area and left for another 25 min.... the numbing agent wore off. I said I think I need more numbing stuff and he laughed. He told me to open my mouth and proceeded to yank on my tooth… ....also pushing on other teeth to gain leverage. Mind you I was 7 months pregnant! I was crying the entire time ...and asked for more numbing stuff and he said he was "almost done." After all was said and done I was crying eyes out and he said I needed to leave the room because he had another patient coming in. I was then ushered out of the room with a dental implant coordinator. I can't help but think todd just wanted to sell his implant service.... AS I am venting and crying to the coordinator about how awful Todd was she kept selling me the implant. I kept telling her how awful i was treated. She agreed with me and said I shoud leave the practice. I was truly traumatized by this event ... save yourself and go to a different practice. I never went back. They do not care about your teeth but to just sell you some bs. I also had to pay more money for my crown and fake root canal to be fixed.

Big night guard pusher. Doesn’t take into account that the patient may actually know more about their health situation than he does. Tried to have a genuine discussion about my personal experience as it related to night guard use, and health issues that tend to make clenching a fluctuating occurrence. He spoke to me very rudely, accused me of questioning his education, and stormed out. The hygienist was stunned. I definitely found a new dentist who listens to me, and trusts that I know my situation better than she does when it comes to night guard use. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. In hindsight, I probably should have reported him at the time.
