Although everyone we dealt with at the practice were very pleasant, and the procedure process was smooth, the follow up was a nightmare. Initially, Dr. Snyder informed us we'd have results within 8-10 days, and assured us that since she was away at school, not in the area, he would do a follow up appt by phone to discuss results. Also, my daughter gave her authorization that I could be on the phone call or could receive the results if she was in class. It took over a month and a few phone calls to finally receive a brief phone call from the PA to a high anxiety 19 yr old in her dorm room that "you have a disease" vice "you have an allergy"! She was so blindsided by the diagnosis, that she couldn't talk at that time. Continued calls to a voicemail, requesting a follow up with Dr. Snyder went unanswered until I stepped in a left a frustrated call, which prompted a return call, again was assured a follow up request by phone appt would be made. When my daughter heard nothing, she… again followed up with voicemail message and received a call back saying sorry, Dr. Snyder doesn't do phone appts! This was all over the course of close to 2 months to get to this point. Elms Digestive will not be recommended by us and as a result, plan to let our health care provider know during my appt next week, that she might want to think twice before recommending them again.

He is a great doctor. But it's always difficult when I try to call his office.

TRYING TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK. I'VE BEEN ON LINZESS FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND NOW THE DRUG IS NOT WORKING ANY MORE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERYTHING OVER THE COUNTER AND NOTHING SEEMS TO DO THE JOB. WHEN I CALL HIS OFFICE, I'M PUT ON ETERNAL AND FINALLY HANG UP WITH FRUSTRATION. ICAN'T IMAGINE THIS IS NORMAL AND I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

Dr. Snyder has been taking care of my for years. My experience with Dr Snyder has been outstanding. After each procedure and appointment is set up to discuss the procedures and all finding in detail. Review of medical treatment and drugs required. The office staff is very professional, knowledgeable and caring.
