The doctor seems to be knowledgeable and cares about my health

We arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment and waited almost a hour and a half in the waiting room. The doctor answered all of our questions. He was very thorough with diagnosis. My mom is 95 years old and waiting that long is just not realistic. They need to be more considerate when making appointments with older patients or any aged patient.

I was referred to Dr. Vandenberg approximately 20 years ago after prostate check by personal physician. I have been thoroughly pleased with his medical expertise, excellent bedside manner, astute follow up recommendations and professionalism over the years. He performed prostate surgery with a reputable oncologist in February 2011 and I felt assured and confident that I was in the care of capable and compassionate medical providers. I am yet being followed by Dr. Vandenberg and will continue until such time as he recommends service no longer needed. I consider him to be the very best in urological care.

I'm so glad Dr Vanderberg is back in Orangeburg, He has been so helpful in giving me the correct treatments. He and his staff are always very caring and helpful.

Great experience, took his time to answer my questions and was very thorough in his evaluation. Very clean facilities, administration was very professional and knowledgeable. Nurses were excellent!

My visit was excellent! Dr. Vanderberg has shown himself to be very approachable—easy to talk to. He also listens. Sometimes you have to assert yourself and be somewhat aggressive, with some doctors, letting them know that you will not tolerate certain responses from them. With doctor Vandenberg this was not the case. Very well pleased with my visit.

My visit was excellent. I had questions. Dr listened carefully and gave me several options and we discussed pros and cons of each. We scheduled scoping the area of concern will move forward when that is completed
