Dr. Wilcox provided professional advice even though we haven't seen each other for many years.

Dr. Willcox was great. He was very informative, and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I didn't feel like he was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear, and his delivery of potential treatments and outcomes was spot on. I felt he was being honest about potential treatments, and genuinely cared about having the most positive outcome. I have never had a medical provider discuss potential billing to insurance and the difficulty there may be in doing so, but he was willing to try in order to decrease the burden on me, as this procedure will be occurring to address a medical issue and not necessarily just a cosmetic issue.

At first the staff was friendly and I felt positive that the surgery would do what I needed, which was reshaping after a surgical biopsy. Unfortunately the results did not work and in fact in some ways things were worse than before. I had no good long term results and a rough recovery. Additionally I had an issue with billing which I worked hard with them to resolve (to get the procedure covered by insurance) which I did. Yet despite my efforts the ongoing issues with the billing were never resolved and I was never able to reach anyone to help me to resolve the issue. The service was deplorable and disrespectful. Overall I could never recommend this doctor or facility. I am sorely disappointed in the permanent result of this procedure and the poor handling of my concerns.

Thirty years ago I had a double mastectomy and the reconstruction was a mess. I searched and searched for a plastic surgeon to fix it and was told repeatedly it could not be fixed. I was referred to Dr Willcox but didn’t hold much hope boy was I wrong.Dr Willcox said he could fix it and boy howdy did he ever. I don’t think it looked this good before the double mastectomy. Thank you Dr Willcox you are my hero.

Dr. Todd Wilcox is great and an exceptional surgeon. This was the first time I ever went under the knife. I recently had a breast reduction due to abnormally large breasts and severe sagging for my size. My back was constantly aching; as a result I had the surgery and I've never felt better. So much relief! Not to mention my breasts are PERFECT! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fine surgeon to friends and family members for sure. Thank you Dr. Todd Wilcox for everything, for making me feel at ease and very comfortable. Your staff is also great!

I started reconstruction after a double mastectomy & at this point all I can say is MY SCARS ARE TRULY AMAZING! They are so very thin, flat & are barely darker than my normal skin color. I'm hoping for the same results after the expanders are replaced. I've been thinking about having my Cesarian scar cut out (& doing a little tummy tuck) since its so wide & indented (due to a post op infection). Willing to go through the pain for the wonderful work I've seen so far, to have a better look & fix that indentation.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Willcox to family and friends. He is very compassionate. His staff is also wonderful.
