Dr. Todd A. Worley, MD, FACS

Dr. Todd Worley displayed extremely poor bedside manners and communicated with us in a condescending manner, as though our concerns regarding my mother s treatment plan were insignificant. He appeared dismissive of our perspective and implied that we would bear responsibility should my mother s condition worsen, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Rather than collaborating with the family, Dr. Worley insisted that his approach was the only valid one, disregarding our input and demonstrating a lack of empathy and respect. His overconfidence and unwillingness to engage in open dialogue raise serious concerns about his professionalism and ability to provide compassionate care. I strongly urge the medical facility to review his conduct, as such behavior can seriously damage patient trust and compromise the quality of care. We decided to move forward with another Better Surgeon near Willowbrook. I thought this doctor would ever change his temper tantrum ways.

He is Amazing, compassionate, and listens, talk to his patients, Awesome Dr and staff. I can't say enough positive words to describe Dr Worley. Very helpful when on the phone, and in person the staff goes above and beyond to get what you need. Dr Worley takes time to listen and respond to nerds and has the best bedside manners. At times I wasn't sure if I was checking in into a clinic or to a spa. Love it. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Worley's staff in office are AMAZING! Family member came to the ER for gallstones, had an appointment for May to get surgery and his staff went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. Not once did I feel judged for calling so much. They have all been so sweet and just great. They set the bar high and are a true example of how healthcare workers should be and how they should carry themselves. Dr. Worely saw us in the hospital promptly and has the best bedside manners. He is professional and knowledgeable. He is kind and empathetic, he has just been such a pleasure to work with. We have never come across such a great surgeon and team! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

He ensured all my questions and concerns were answered, while providing excellent surgical care. He genuinely cares for his patients. His medical assistant, Brenda, is amazing as well, and always there for any issues.

Dr, Worley was detailed and answered all my questions. He removed my gall bladder several years ago and it was successful. I am referring my neighbors family to him as I know he will take good care of them. My referral is testament to my high opinion I have of Dr. Worley.

MOST AMAZING Physician Ever! Dr. Worley has impeccable bedside manner. He completed weight loss surgery on both my husband & I a year ago. Just also removed my gall bladder. Can't recommend him enough and I do every time I get the chance.

It has been six years today during these hours that my father suffered and passed. Surgery was at 7:00 am that day. He passed at 5:00 pm and never got to go hold his hand and let him know we had not abandoned him. If Dr. Worley knew he was critical after reassuring us everything was fine.
