Dr. Todd Adam Zachs, MD

The office is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Zachs was the first ENT that gave me an answer to my problem! I’ve been to numerous ENTs and hearing Drs. I felt like I was going crazy! He figured it out in less then 5 minutes. He’s amazing!!

I was suffering from severe nosebleeds. I stop by his Office he recommended to cauterize my nose. I thought it would work but the nose bleeds hot worse. I went in again and once again burned the inside of my nostril leaving somewhat of a gaping hole & nose bleeds occurring more often. He suggested surgery would be best. I just wanted the nose bleeds to stop because i could take it anymore. Doctor snd staff were late for procedure 2 1/2 hours nose bleeds got worse lasting now 45min to an 1hr and at anytime. Went in for the last time he suggested surgery again and this time making an Incision next to my eye leaving me with scar and no guarantees. Long story short went to a different doctor he ran a Cat scan suggesting surgery and it's been 3 wks no nose bleeds everything is perfect. Oh i forgot to mention doctor Zach's called me on a Sunday when i was recovering and they said they had a balance of $20.00 and they were going to put it in Collection if i didn't pay right away. They never… mailed me the bill nor did they ever mention it all the times i went i the Office. I will never go there again extremely disappointed.

Dr. Zachs is patient, and a great surgeon. He took me seriously when I complained about pain in my face. 2 other doctors did not and I walked around with cancer for 2 Years. Dr. Zachs removed what he could and then I needed radiation therapy. If I had gone to him first my life would be very different. He is still treating me for side affects. Regarding the woman who takes notes, she is a "scribe" and her job is to type everything that goes on, freeing Dr. Zachs from typing on his laptop while trying to pay attention to the patient. He pays this very nice and capable woman so he can pay attention to his patients. She is not there to chat with patients. I have referred friends and family members to Dr. Zachs, including your children. I trust him completely.

Dr Todd Zachs MD has been my ENT for many years. I fly from Florida to CT as he understands my unusual & complex ENT issues which requires scoping & draining both my ears & sinuses & if needed he does cultures to determine the bacterial (currrent infection type) & promptly puts me on the proper antibiotics. Dr Todd Zachs MD also did my Hearing Aid Implant called BAHA Bone Anchored Hearing Aid by Cochear, which is awesome. My condition, is complex, but he is very patient, listens & understands!

Dr. Zacks was very soothing and informative about my condition. He answered my questions and gave me the good and bad about my possible results. He saved my voice, which was my biggest concern.

Dr. Zachs performed a Parotidectomy on me (removal of a tumor and partial removal of the Parotid Gland). As soon as I met him, I had complete confidence in him and his work as a doctor. My care before, during, and after surgery was second to non. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Zach listens and he hears you. He cares about how you feel. He is an excellent surgeon, something you may not think about when looking for an ENT. I trust him.

Excellent experience. Since infancy I could not hear well, experience recurrent infections and then I was referred to Dr. Zachs and his associates. I have had surgery on both ears and now can hear better than ever. Highly recommend this skilled group.

I had to see Dr Zacks for problems with my throat. He was polite, fast& kind .. The staff was qiick to get me appt when i had problems after I had a TBI. I am always telling people to see Dr Zacks if they want a MDwho cares and will treat your illiness.

Dr Zachs, is very caring, he wants to see you get better. Wait time was less then 15 minutes. Girls at front desk were very polite, smiling and saying thank you. That makes a great office to walk into. He has a girl taking notes, can't get to much out of her but she sits in his exam office and doesn't move. I didn't mind that she was there at all. I will recommend Dr Zachs to many people.
