Dr. Todd Cary Zisholtz, MD

His receptionist never made eye contact with me, never greeted me, never returned either of my messages I left with their answering service. They lost my patient folder in only 24 hrs., they lost my medical records from my last doctor and called my last doctor and actually said we lost the ones you sent us, please refax them. Dr. Z himself seemed to be competent, but I'm afraid to trust him, as he seems ok with the way his staff treats his patients. Actually Mrs. Chang manages that office. Her husband is Dr. Chang, who has a horrible patient rating. I met with her privately and tried to talk to her about how I was being treated, but nothing changed and only got worse. If you are sick when you walk in, you'll be sicker when you leave by the way you are treated there.

First of all the office is very very small. Recently, he has lost the front office person who was extremely good and he has brought in his new wife who is now giving cosmetic injections and selling the eyelash junk that is supposed to make your eyelashes grow more beautiful. I personally think that this makes his practice look cheap. He also tries to diagnos things that are out of his scope of expertise.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Z. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he and his staff truly care about their patients. I feel comfortable in his office, he really listens and is very easy to talk with. Most importantly, if you have your own ideas about things, he is not intimidated by that at all. Kudos to everyone.I love all of you.

Dr.Z is one of the best phisicians i have ever known.His knowledge of the field exceeds the expection that you would have for a new doc.He, as well as his staff is very personable and professional.I was extremely pleased with my firt visit and will continue to use Z as my family doc.
