Was referred to by my reg Dr. Dr. Thomas always explains proceedures and answers any questions you may have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Dont want to confuse anyone with the office. The one I'm complaining about is located in Sugarland . Dr Thomas is great his staff is awful

Had to wait 5 week to get an appointment. On arrival staff informed me no copay no service. After was seen by Dr. Thomas instead of Kaw whom I had a appointment with. Week later I had my colonoscaphy. returned for my results a week after, Had to pay the staff first again before seeing the physician. Did not see Dr. Thomas seen someone else again. just the other day I look into my account and realized this doctors office went into my account twice and deducted money. I called and they said for the two times I was there and used my card there machine wasn't working. I'm not the only patient. so I advice everyone to check their bank statements. You would think as a professional Doctors office they would have called and informed the patients instead of going into their accounts and removing the funds.

I hope Dr Thomas is more in the times than his back office. I had to cancel an appointment and after 6 weeks, I finally called to see where my $500 refund was and they told me they have to issue a live check and that I would have to come to the office between 8am-5pm to pick it up. I have to take time off work to pick up a refund check that should have been issued to my credit card. If this is an example of service, glad I cancelled.
