She was very engaged in my appointment. Very kind and understanding. She explained what was going on and gave me some literature about it. She has also reached out to me on the portal twice since my appointment and also asked that I update her in a few days through the portal. I really appreciate the effort. She was apologetic about my diagnosis and acknowledged that it can be painful and she was sorry I was dealing with it. That made me feel actually cared for and noticed. I feel like some previous doctors have brushed off what I'm going through, but not here.
