Although I haven't seen my breast implants free from my bandages and bra, I can honestly say Dr. Pousti has delivered on absolutely everything he promised. Four days ago, I had revisitation surgery to replace old saline implants. I decided to go with saline again, as I was so comfortable and satisfied with them from my first surgery. Dr. Pousti and I agreed that due to some "sagging" I could increase the implant size. He also assured me I would not be in any pain because of previous implant positioning. My implants are under the muscle and increased from 480cc to 590cc. 95 (almost four full days) hours after my surgery, I have experienced little to NO pain and cannot wait to see the final result. I know the implants still have some settling to do but I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Pousti, his staff, my surgical center experience and my overall physical condition. Thank you Dr. Pousti!!!!

I have been to several free consultations regarding my breasts. Every plastic surgeon would tell me the same thing and I never left confident from any of those consultations. I was hesitant to have a consultation with Dr. Pousti because I didn't want to pay $100 for it. Well, after reading his AMAZING reviews and talking to my mother (which told me that if he charges...he must be good) I decided to make the appointment. Well, I was VERY pleased with the thorough consultation I received! It was truly like no other! Dr. Pousti uses computer imaging to show you what your results will most likely be with your own breasts...it's incredible (and the $100 goes towards the down payment)! I left feeling confident with choosing him to give me a breast reduction and lift. He used a technique that no other Dr. I saw used. Dr. Pousti used auto augmentation. I did not need to have implants because I had enough tissue for him to use in order to get my desired results. My breasts look like I have… implants, but I don't! The whole experience has been great...from Dr. Poutsi, the office staff, and the surgical facility. Dr. Pousti personally called me and my husband the night of my surgery to check up on me. I've received daily calls from one of the office staff asking how I was feeling and if I had any questions. They've been so good in answering all of my before and after surgery questions. Tomorrow is my 3 weeks post-op and I feel very well! I'm thrilled that I have NOT lost nipple sensation, my shoulders and back aren't bothering me, my breasts look beautiful, my clothes look & feel better, etc. I'm VERY happy with my new twins...can't wait to see them without the tape and bandages! Ladies, don't keep putting it off! Go for it! I'm 48 and was going to wait till I turned 50 to go through the procedure. My mother told me something that stuck & helped me make the decision to not wait...she said "para mañana es tarde"...which means for tomorrow it's late. I have always been very self-conscious about my boobs because they were very asymmetrical and constricted. I was so ashamed of my body that I had only let my boyfriend(of 2 years) see them maybe a handful of times, which was definitely a big problem. I found out about Dr. Pousti from an adult entertainer/friend (Reya Sunshine) from Florida. She had told me to check him out because he is the best in the boob biz. I looked into his work and was very pleased with what I had found. I sent in an inquiry about scheduling a consultation and he replied to me personally and I thought that was awesome. I made an appointment for a consultation and Dr. Pousti and his entire staff were extremely sweet and made me feel right at home. This was my first breast augmentation consultation so I also wanted to check out at least one more surgeon. I went for a consultation for another surgeon and did not feel very comfortable and I knew from the moment I met that other doctor, that I was DEFINITELY… sticking with Dr. Pousti. When scheduling my surgery day, it had to be a very small window because I wanted to do it the day after my school semester ended so I would have enough time to heal for when summer school starts about 2 weeks later. They worked with me to figure out the soonest available appointment and they actually scheduled me on a day that Dr. Pousti is usually not doing surgeries, but they made this accommodation for me and I was sooo thankful. During my post-op appointment, I was given thorough instructions and guidelines to follow before my surgery. I was assured that I would be in good hands and I believed that completely. The day of my surgery, I was taken care of very well by the nurses at the surgery center and they helped calm my nerves. When it was finally time for me to go to the operating room, I started getting a little nervous again. When I was placed on the table/bed thing, the anesthesiologist was getting me ready and Dr. Pousti was on one side of me holding/rubbing my hand while a nurse was doing the same thing on my other side until I fell asleep. This made me so relaxed and cared for. When I woke up, I did not feel any pain at all, but of course everybody is different. They watched very closely after me and gave me snacks and lots of water/juice. When I was feeling good enough to leave, the nurse wheeled me to the car and made sure that I was good to go. I can honestly say that the worst part of the surgery day was the morning before because I couldn’t drink water and I was sooooo thirsty. Everything went so perfect, I wanted to cry because I was so happy/surprised about how amazing everybody was with me. Today, I went for my 1-week post op appointment and was able to see my new boobs completely and I am SO pleased. I was at a loss for words because I have never felt comfortable before and now I feel so confident and sexy. They're PERFECT! I could not be happier with the decision that I made with Dr. Pousti. I've been telling all of my friends about him and they were telling me that they want to go to him next..even my mom and sister who had gotten their breasts done by a different doctor. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pousti to anybody! Dr. Pousti Review At 55 I had maintained an 80 pound weight loss for three years. After 36 yrs. as a married woman I was divorced, single, and I despaired when I saw myself in the mirror naked. At age 14, my bra size was a 34 DDD. I was 5'8" and weighed 118 lbs. While these measurements sound attractive, I never felt confident in my body due to my breast size. I was top heavy, in pain, and my clothes never fit right, which created a big self-esteem issue for many years. My breasts are symmetrically perfect and the size is perfect. I am now a full 34B and I can finally wear strapless bras and cute little bralettes! He literally exceeded my expectations. For over 35 years I have wanted breast implants. I looked for a doctor who had experience doing breast enlargements. Doctor Pousti has a ton of experience and talking to him made me very comfortable. Being a doctor myself I was very picky about who I had elective surgery with. After visiting and interviewing quite a few surgeons, I was so relieved to find Dr.Pousti. He was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and trust-worthy surgeon I've met. He knew the latest techniques for the procedure I was interested in (unlike many of the older surgeons I's spoken to) and had a fantastic bedside manner. Moreover, I had a fantastic result! I would highly recommend Dr.Pousti to anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon!

I recently went to see Dr. Pousti for my annual post op appointment from a previous surgery. I asked his MA about the coolsculping booklet, she said she thought I was an ideal candidate for this, but would also let Dr. Pousti know my interest. After a quick exam. I was told I would be able to move forward with coolscuping if I wish. With this being said, I work out very hard and I eat clean. I just couldn't ditch those stubborn fat pockets in my flanks. I am two weeks out of treatment of the coolsculpting, those that don't know much about it.. Its a simple procedure that freezes your fat cell and your body dissolves them. It only took about an hour each side, the coldest part, the gel pad so you don't burn your skin... IT'S FREEZING! The first 8-10 min is the most uncomfortable, very cold, turning the area almost numb. But then very easy to relax. I played on my iphone. I was checked on every so often. Worst part in my opinion the 2 minute massage on the treated area after, I… totally understand why its nessary, but my skin was tender. I was told it will take on average 2 months to see the results. The following day I was back to the gym, running and playing with my kids. Those that don't have the time for surgery and you have the stubborn fat, I say its worth it. Always a great experience with Dr. Pousti & staff looking forward to my 2 month check up and seeing the results from coolsculpting!

I have never been to a Doctor more caring and concerned for your needs.. Doctor Pousti and his entire staff are so caring and so wonderful I could not imagine having gone anywhere else. I had a tummy tuck and breast list and I am so extremely happy with my results I cant wait to go in for the augmentation. I was recommended the two surgery procedure because it is safer to let the incisions heal after a lift. I totally agree. I can't say enough about my experience it was awesome.. Dr. Pousti is a true artist! I would recommend anyone to him.. You know when its right when you feel no hesitation to have your body changed.. :-) thank you all for making my experience the best ever!
