Dr. Tom Saad, MD

These other comments on here is not at all what I experienced! I felt he did a really good job as a Dr. Sometimes I wish he was still my Dr. However I couldn't deal with the rude gatekeepers at the front desk. In person they seemed to be nice, when you called they were rude. & even if your issue was pretty urgent they have no compassion towards the patients at all, & will give the message to the Dr.s at their own convienence "when they feel like it" they are 100% the reason I had to leave. I have a decent Dr. now, but sometimes wish Dr. Saad was still my Dr. If it weren't for the gate keepers at the front desk, I certainly would have never left. I'm giving Dr. Saad 5 stars, not the front desk! & my wait time was never significant. The front desk would get a zero if there was a spot for it.

I've seen Dr. Saad several times and it's always a horrible experience. He is extremely rude and never able to answer questions. He has told me that the pain I was having didn't mean anything. I went to a surgeon at Borgess Orthopedics after Saad told me nothing was wrong on my x-ray. Within seconds of looking at the exact same x-ray Saad had viewed, they told me my bone was broken and I needed to be treated. Saad will prescribe medications for a quick fix. He is also pushy about giving vaccinations that are not required or wanted. He has made rude comments about me being on birth control medication. Don't trust this guy.

Loves to give to many drugs to easy and I don't believe in the easy way of drs giving pain meds just to give them me and someone else was on 4 at one time and that's not rite he loves to give pain killers
