I have been going to him for two years with my ins company being a pain and he & his staff have been patient through the ins company issues .. he’s the only one I trust .. the ins company sent me to some jerks that are covered under my plan and I won’t go back to them and will use my out of network benefits because Dr P is the only one who has been able to help me without pills for the pain through nerve block procedures .

Dr. P is easy to talk to and he is very through in his explanations about his diagnosis and treatment options. His A/P stem cell therapy has made my knee much more comfortable. In several patient conferences with him, I always feel he is not hurrying to see the next patient.

I believe Dr. Prvulovic, is a rare doctor, He really goes out of his way to help all of his Patients

Start with negatives: A bit too cautious sometimes. He is sometimes a bit to conservative when one needs a more agressive treatment. But its tough to be critical because he doesn't want to hurt anyone but often times being too conservative causes suffering and unnecessary pain. All the rest is excellent. He truly cares. He is not a revolving door MD, seeing a patient every 5 minutes. I don't mind waiting because I know that when my time comes to see him, he will listen and spend as much time as necessary to take care of me and I know that any waiting is because he is caring for someone else the same way. He is also very competent; in fact, exceptionally competent. He has picked up things missed by the medical schools and other Manhattan M.D.'s who I've gone to before. If you go to him, you will get first class treatment and competent care. I am so happy to have been referred to him

I have been fortunate enough to have been seen by the best of the best. When I moved out of New York City, to the rural areas of Northern New Jersey I was afraid that I would have to go into NYC to get the quality of physician's that I am used to paying for. A prof.of Neurology at Columbia referred me to Dr. Prvulovic with the highest recommendations. I went and I am so pleased. He is amazingly current and stays on the cutting edge of treatment. To this date, next to my neurologist brother, he is my favorite doctor that I have ever let care for me. Brilliant and caring.
