I wanted my bridges replaced which I'd had since HS (22yrs). They were fine, but I felt that newer materials and methods may provide a better look. Truthfully, I DID get a better look - until they both broke!!! They didn't even last 5 yrs before they both broke. My insurance wouldn't cover new because it was too soon. Dr Bryson told me this shouldn't have happened. Yet, they would do nothing to help. Wanted $7k to replace! Then Dr Margio accused me of "just trying to get something for free". Wow! RUDE DOCS & front office staff was not only rude but condescending too! Even getting the appointment was a nightmare. I called to say a bridge was broken so I needed to be seen. They couldn't get me in for TWO weeks! But then had the nerve to charge it as an "emergency visit"! What?! I actually really liked them until all this happened and it was apparent they had no intention of standing behind their product! Even after admitting that it shouldn't have broken. The second bridge broke the… next week! Clearly was either poor product or poor workmanship since my previous bridges were still going strong after 22 years! Wish I had never come here! And wish I still had my old bridges! I suppose if all you need is a cleaning go ahead and try them, but if you need anything cosmetic done that you expect them to stand behind - RUN!
