Dr. Toni M. Murphy, FACE

Everyone was willing to explain any aquestions I had. Dr.Murphy was very congenial and explained everything. She asked me questions and listened.She spent time with me. I am glad I decided to go to this office. I had friends recommend her and her office. I saw Brittany also and I feel she did a great job.I have had to call a couple times and had no issues with who I talked to.Racheal was always helpful.

Concerning a health care professional would be comfortable talking to patients in such a nasty way. I came to the office looking for help and the second I asked questions and tried to learn I received a crude tone, eye roll and language that made me feel like she thought I was a lesser human. It's not difficult to be a kind or even neutral human. Looking elsewhere, truly awful experience.

Dr.Murphy is very knowledgeable, however her staff are absolutely terrible, rude, and hard to get ahold of. Don’t ever try to reschedule an appointment, don’t ever expect to get ahold of anyone on the phone, and when you do they will be down right rude to you or HANG UP on you. Yes, they have hung up on be before. I am very disappointed with the quality of staffing at this facility and I will not be returning.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Murphy because my Endocrinologist is retiring. The staff at the front counter is miserable. The nurse was ok and Dr. Murphy has horrible bedside manner. I waited over an hour to see her. She was cranky, abrupt and very arrogant. I will not be returning.

by far the worst place. doctor is really nice but there is staff are the worst. I was trying to get freestyle libre because i have neiropathy and hurts to poke my fingers. Rachel told me to send blood sugars and blood work then tells me that freestyle wont accept the blood sugars that i sent. Then she decided not to send the paperwork to freestyle because i missed an appointment. She knew i was calling and when i stated my name she says yea?? I said excuse me and she started saying hello hello i cant hear you how can i help you? She not empathetic. all they do is send you to do lab work and then say its not good enough and i have to pay for all these visits and blood work just so that i can get a device that will help me track my bloood sugar. i told her that it makes no sesnse if me going in if i hardly have any blood sugars to show her. with the devicei will be able to go in the doctors and show how my bloos sugars are running to come with a plan. she did not care if i had lups said… that i cant raise my voice when it was her who was raising her voice trying to hang up on me and because she was not empathetic and so rude. THEY DONT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND .they just like to collect the money from your insurance. Rachel wanted to punish me for not showing up to an appointment that i clearly said that i cant make because of my job and that she already had the blood work

I have been Dr. MURPHY patient for over 20 years. She is an excellent endocrinologist and an extremely bright and intelligent women who has helped me control my numbers and hba1c. She has been with me and I feel she completely has my bwck, I know for certain how much she cares for all her patients and she has such wisdom in recommending solutions for higher blood sugars and best health programs for each situation her patients are dealing with. I cannot explain how fortunate I am to have found her. She is a very special woman and physician. Judy Molloy

Dr. Murphy/spinaris was/is wonderful, Pat and formerly Ann were ugh. so useless. Pat does not listen to anything. and blows you off fully. Dr.Murphy herself does not. I was to be seeing the good doctor, but they keep scheduling with the PA, or whatever they are. I keep asking and not get them. Dr. Murphy personally has asked for me to be scheduled with her. What a waste of time. Pat down graded Ann, and wow, really put her down. very sad.If I only saw Dr. Murphy this would be a grade of 100%.

Since changing drs. - I actually see a dr and have finally after many years have seen results!

I recently have read the reviews of Dr. Murphy. There are not too many endocrinologists in this area. I find it rather alarming that patients are so critical of their wait time and are so critical of Dr. Murphy's staff. Dr. is a specialist, you are going to wait! Her staff has been nothing but kind and very professional. I have a son that has a genetic disorder which Dr. diagnosed BEFORE he even had the testing to confirm his rare disorder. Dr. Murphy's diagnostic skills, and expertise is excellent! If you are compliant, follow her lead you are in good hands!

I have been seeing Dr. Murphy for many years now and she and her staff are great. I could not ask for better people. In fact Dr.. Murphy saved a friends life as they were not getting the care until I spoke to her. She was right on it and I will never forget that. Neither will my friend. He now sees her on a regular basis. I thank you Dr. Murphy.
