Dr. Mammen is a great provider! He is professional, yet relatable to his patients needs. On top of this he is very knowledgeable of his of his speciality. I am glad to be one of his patients !

Worst experience of my life

This doctor walked in the room and didn't address the issue at hand. He went on about a specialist that I had never seen. He didn't attempt to touch the area I said I was having issues. He basically said where I was having pain wasn't the issue it was something else and couldn't help me.

Gave the right advise and treatment for my bladder cancer. Very patient and explains the procedure completely, including the possible complications.

Dr. Mammen was terrific, everything about my procedure went well, and my recovery has been excellent. There are two reasons that I took off a few points on the staff. One, I was lead to believe that I was going in for a consultation when in fact I was scheduled for the procedure. Dr. Mammen said that I could leave after discussing the procedure if I would like though, so actually it was a pleasant surprise. Nonetheless, had I known I was going in for the procedure I probably would have scheduled a ride home instead of driven myself. The other reason is that they really should give a handout to take home. I remember most of what Dr. Mammen told me, and there are plenty of online resources. Nonetheless, I would have appreciated a sheet of paper reminding me what I need to know after the procedure.

Dr. Mammen has unfair billing practices. Although we paid our individual and family deductibles, the coding on our visit was incorrect and triggered a no-pay from our insurance company. The billing supervisor never spoke to me and Dr. Mammen did not reach out to me either. Very disappointed!

Fully described situation with my prostate cancer and current condition, took plenty of time to do so for me and my wife. Also explained other urinary symptoms I was having and recommended that I consider a cystometrogram to help diagnose and deal with a developing incontinence. Very easy to talk to, welcomes questions, answers fully and clearly, and has good sense of humor. (Offered observation that, "People are not 'standing in line' for cystometrograms, they are very helpful as diagnostic tool and developing treatment plans.") He seems highly competent, appropriately conservative and cautious, thorough, and an exceptional bedside manner. I like the guy!

Thorough understanding young Dr.

Dr. Mammen performed my vasectomy. It took about 20 minutes and was pretty painless. He talked me through the procedure and made me feel very much at ease. I would recommend him to anyone needing/wanting a vasectomy.

Dr Mammen helped me through a very tough time in my life. He is compassionate and thorough. Highly recommended.
