Dr Tony Schwartz, MD

Dr. Tony Schwartz is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Mercy Center Family Practice, building a foundation in comprehensive primary care. With 17 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Schwartz provides care for patients across all age groups. He speaks English and serves families throughout the community.

Dr. Schwartz practices at Hartford HealthCare HealthCenter in Norwich, Connecticut, and maintains hospital privileges at The William W. Backus Hospital. His clinical expertise includes managing high cholesterol in children and teenagers, as well as treating diabetes and other metabolic conditions in adults. He performs comprehensive health assessments and basic laboratory evaluations to monitor patient wellness.
