Dr. Torre Donnchadh Near, MD

This Dr treated my father with dementia like he was an offense to be near. She didn’t wait for his answers and actually yelled at him. She then did a write up in her notes about how rude he was. When all he did was get bullied in to compliance. He developed pneumonia after the visit. Even though he tried to explain he didn’t react well to the her recommend medications.

When I first met "Dr" Near it was at the height of the pandemic. She walked in with no facemask or gloves and extended her hand to shake. She was rude and aggressive as if I was there to see her for a debate of some kind. She actually yelled at me when I couldn't give her an answer to her questions quick enough. I have Leukemia and she belittled me and was rude and condescending constantly. I have a long list of doctors Ive met in my life and she was by far the worst. It was shocking how arrogant, rude, and inept she was. She also prescribed medications for me that may have had severe sides effects if I had taken them together. The pharmacist told me not to take them together and when I told him the name of the "Dr" he laughed. She's incredibly awful.

Rude, obnoxious and no bad side manner.

Dr. Near knows what she is doing. She will tell you like it is. If you want someone to sugar coat everything, Dr. Near is not for you. She is straight forward and will tell you what she thinks, even if it may not always be what you want to hear. She is no nonsense.

After the first visit I am not to sure how much longer I will be seeing her as PCP. Rude, crude and arrogant are the best things I can say about it. She has absolutely NO place as a care giver.

Very rude and unprofessional. Definelty would not recommend her. She shouldn't even be a doctor because she could care less about how you are and looks down on you

I like Dr. Near. The first time I went to see her was for depression meds. She sat & listened to me & was very compassionate. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was just another depressed person. She was with me at least 25-30 min. I’ve seen her for other issues too, bad knees, dizziness. She gave me paperwork to elevate my dizziness & gave me a thorough exam. She is right to the point. If you have questions, she will take the time to answer.
