Toshimasa Okabe, MD

Dr. Toshimasa Okabe is a cardiovascular disease specialist who earned his medical degree from the University of Tokyo. He completed his residency training at both Kameda Medical Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, followed by fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Ohio State University. With two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Okabe brings extensive expertise to his cardiovascular practice. He provides care in English for his patients.
