Dr. Toya Ann Tillis, MD

My Experience with Dr. Tillis has been great! She has spent as much time as needed with my child. She has taken notes. She has called me back to check in on my children when necessary. She has considered many possibilities when checking for issues, not just stopping at one answer. She has calmed our nerves and has a lovely bed aide manner. I would highly recommend her. I would think twice about other reviewers saying that she doesn’t listen. Is she looking something up, what are the specifics of not listening? She has asked me questions as well as my children to explain in their own words what they are feeling. She has heard my thoughts and given feedback. The office can get busy and we have had to wait almost for every doctor in this office. We accept that, but, it would be great to get notified of really long delays and we can take care of other business before our appointment.

Not very detail oriented when it comes to taking care of patients. Told her symptoms my daughter was having and brushed them all off.

She in not excellent, she is not bad, she is a good physician.

Dr. Tilis is fantastic, but the wait times are extremely long. Wait times are close to 1-1.5 hours combined. Sometimes, it is no different than visiting an urgent care. Dr. Tilis has fantastic bedside manner, but her staff are below average.
