Tracey Castillo

Dr. Tracey Lynn Castillo graduated from Lamar University with a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders and a minor in biology. She then earned her Doctor of Audiology (AuD), also from Lamar University. She participated in several residency activities that included teaching classes, vestibular diagnostics, hearing aid technologies and sport concussion testing. Dr. Castillo is accredited through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology. She also holds the Tinnitus Management and Audiology Preceptor certification from the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Castillo specializes in tinnitus management, hearing aid technologies, patient education and audiological diagnostics with special populations. Her greatest joy in audiology is having the ability to help patients better communicate with their loved ones and see the results over time. As someone who also experiences tinnitus, Dr. Castillo has a greater perspective in …understanding what her patients go through. Outside of work, Dr. Castillo enjoys woodworking, DIY home project, crafting, gardening and trying new vegan recipes with her daughter.
