Dr. Tracey Lamar Douglas

I chose Dr. Tracey Douglas to be my dentist because he was a Tricare network dentist. But he doesn't have the capability to fix a crown, which I didn't know. So when I came in with emergency tooth pain, he called and scheduled an immediate same-day appointment at another dentist, which is OK, however he scheduled me with a non-Tricare dentist, and that mistake cost me eight hundred dollars. Then Dr. Douglas basically said this was not his fault, it was my fault! My mistake was choosing Dr. Tracey Douglas in the first place. I should have done better research and picked a better dentist.

Dr. Douglas and his staff do an outstanding job. They make you feel very comfortable and at home in his office. Dr. Douglas has a very caring manner that puts you at ease immediately. He is a very competent professional that does excellent work. I am so glad that he and his staff are here in Madison, MS. You cannot do better in regards to a true professional and very compassionate Doctor....
