Dr. Tracey Terese Morson, MD

Terrible doctor with zero compassion. Cares more about her own ego than actually helping anyone. She actually hung up on me mid appointment after it was suggested that possibly she was looking in the wrong areas regarding testing for my specific case. Don’t waste months waiting to see this ignorant “doctor”.

Worst experience in over 50 years. Several unanswered calls/months to get an appointment. First visit Dr. Morson was friendly, humorous, bashing me a bit based on a previous conversation with my wife, which I was ok with. Thought we found a good doctor. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Over 90 days, wife's study never completed. Equipment didn't work, but still billed, not rescheduled after several calls to office, no response. My study completed, equipment ordered, didn't hear from anyone so called, and called, over a month no response from office. Shared this with Dr. Morson, she argued that they record, return all calls. Then asked me to call to set up a follow-up appt, asked to setup on our call, said she doesn't make appts. I said "Tracy" after my poor experience reaching your office can we please schedule now? She told me "We are not friends, don't call me Tracy, it's unprofessional" and hung up on me, called my wife and cancelled her account. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was going through the process of getting COBRA. The doctor’s office refused to see me because the doctor was afraid she wouldn’t get paid $165 office visit. When the doctor called me back I told her I had complications from UTI and I was on antibiotics. I told I tested negative for the corona virus and was not contagious. She said the hospital doesn’t always tell you if you contagious. She called me rude. Although, I feel discriminated against. I told the doctor this is more trouble and frustration than it is worst and she discharged me as a patient and hung up on me.

Dr.Morrison was very friendly and comforting during the visit.She put my mind at ease concerning some of my concerns.The negative part is I have to wait 5 months to see her and discuss my test results.My problem still persists with no intervention or plan of treatment for the next 5 months,Not good for someone with anxiety like me.I would appreciate some kind of communication between dr and pt.

After waiting three months for her to schedule a test - that I was sent to her to perform, she performed the wrong test! Wasted three months of my time and in was in agony the entire time. She was too busy texting while evaluating me to hear anything I was saying. She pays more attention to her mini-skirts and make-up than patients! All office personnel (including her) hug patients when they leave. I'm not sure what that's all about...

Dr Morson got to the source of my pain and set up an effective plan to resolve my issue when other Dr's told me it's something I'll have to Iive with

She was rushed during my first visit and after mentioning to change my amount of medication, it is still awaiting to be filled. I am very disappointed with her ethics. I am hoping to find a different Neurologist. I was disappointment from the start!

The most rude Dr I've seen. I have not returned for follow up because of her angry and condescending attitude! What a witch

Great doctor. Cares about her patients.

I have worked in a hospital setting for over 7 years and now have owned my own business for the last 14 years . I have never in my life have been treated by a doctor the way i was just treated yesterday. I left her office in complete tears and was embarrassed to walk to the reception office to check out . I know myself owning a couple businesses that I would never want someone working for me that treats people the way I was just treated. She told me my primary care physician did not know how to treat migraines. She does not specialize in migraines. She specializes in SLEEP DISORDERS. I don't know why I was scheduled with her in the first place. I have exhausted every avenue with dealing with migraines. She charted the entire time that She was in the room. Never really gave me any eye contact (only when she was doing a reflex test on me) Has a terrible disposition and bed side manner. I felt like she was in a bad mood and did not listen to me what so ever. I would really recommend… considering another doctor that cares for your health.
