Dr. Traci Lynne Ivey, MD

Honestly, I should at least reach reception and not voicemail every single time I call. I have called this office at minimum 10 times in the last 6 months (during business hours). How many times has my call actually been answered? Maybe one time. Reception does a very poor job of returning calls. They schedule appointments for you without confirmation, and then when you call back to reschedule, they STILL set it back to the original time when you are unavailable. Not to mention, I saw Dr. Ivey in passing once my first time there, and in the 3-4 times I have been back, I have never seen her again. Who is running this circus?

We love Dr Ivey she is a very caring Dr the wait time is worth the visit to see her my husband would not be here if it was not for her she got him in to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnisota she has never told us wrong in anything.

AFTER 75 MINUTES I ASKED IF IT WOULD BE MUCH LONGER BEFORE I SAW THE DOCTOR AND THE RECEPTIONIST'S RESPONSE WAS, "IT JUST MIGHT BE". HOW MUCH LONGER WOULD YOU HAVE WAITED AFTER THAT RESPONSE?

Our family loves Dr Ivey. She spends plenty of time with the appointment explaining the diagnosis and procedures. She has a wide range of services and performs minor procedures in the office, saving us an additional facility fee. Her staff is warm and caring and they have been great about working us in when we need an appointment.

Dr.Ivey is a very personal and caring doctor. So happy I found her. The office new and well staffed.

I saw Dr. Ivey and she seemed to be very uncertain as to what was going on with me and said I needed to go to the ER two times and come in to see her once per week. When I would come in to the office, she would say to my husband, "I think she is wasting away. I think she is dehydrated. I think she has Reynaud's disease. I think....I think this. I think that." My husband was so fed up. The wait time to see her was always around one hour. She is a caring doctor but very unsure of herself in my opinion. If you have any condition that requires long-term care, it would be detrimental in my opinion to see this doctor.

If it wasn't for Dr. Ivey my Mom would have died. She is very caring and efficient. Have switched to her as our primary doctor.
