Failed to treat patient with warmth, sympathy, and understanding. Failed to remember that she is treating asick human being whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. FAILED TO CALL IN COLLEAGUES WHEN THE SKILLS OF ANOTHER ARE NEEDED FOR PATIENT.

This Dr is definitely NOT a Christian according to the way that she speaks to people and treats them in an unprofessional, unsympathetic, and extremely rude manner! If your insurance will cover ANY OTHER doctor, then DON'T GO TO HER! That is unless you enjoy being insulted and berated!

My experience was horrible. She has poor communication skills. Knows nothing about pain management. People get sent to her will get their medication changed or reduced. She has a job there because other pain management doctors have a hard time looking you in the eye and cutting your medication. Ms. Westerfield has no problem doing this without reason or cause. And her title as an Addiction specialist. Lol. That’s a joke.

Horrible experience. Does not care about patients.
