Dr. Tracy R Coulter, MD

Beware…I took my daughter to see Dr. Coulter. My daughter had a toenail that was bothering her. The doctor simply examined her toe and clipped the corner of the nail. It was coded as surgery and partial removal of toenail. The bill was an excess of $800. Absolutely outrageous. I called the office as I was sure they coded it wrong. There was no surgery, there was no cutting of skin, there was no partial removal of the toenail. The doctor/office refused to cooperate and stuck us with the 800+ bill. I had a long conversation with my insurance provider, and they are suggesting that I file a grievance. They agreed that this was outrageous.

Unfortunately I don’t have any positive comments to provide. Her surgery performed was a disaster and she had no solution to fix her mistake. Just “I’v never seen anything like this “. That is a scary statement coming fro the professional you put your trust in. Run to the next doctor!!
