Dr. Tracy D Gregory

I have been a patient of Dr. Gregory‘s for about five years now. I think she’s the best that I’ve ever had. As a senior citizen, I appreciate that she takes time, she really listens, and she follows up. I never feel rushed, and she always explains things thoroughly. She and her nurse assistant are both top notch!

Finally found a provider in Middle Tennessee that cares.

I had fallen and she saw me without having an appointment.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I visited this office two weeks ago. Although I had a scheduled appointment, I experienced a long wait before being seen. I overlooked that because both the nurse and the doctor were kind and professional. During my visit, I requested routine blood work along with an hCG test because I had just found out I am pregnant. My goal was to monitor how my pregnancy was progressing and to check for any nutritional deficiencies so I could begin supplementing accordingly, if necessary, during this very important stage. However, they never created my patient portal account, and I never received my lab results. My husband and I have called several times to ask about them, and every time we were told, “The doctor will call you.” But when? At this point, the hCG test is no longer useful to me, since hCG levels change significantly every 48 hours in early pregnancy. The routine blood work, which could have identified nutritional deficiencies that I… should have been addressing during this delicate phase, has also been unavailable to me for two weeks. If I had known I would still be waiting for my results after two weeks, I would have gone to Any Lab Test Now and had them within 24 hours. They really need to improve their organization and communication with patients.

Went for my 6 month follow-up and health review. Good visit as always.

She is always very nice and kind to me. She takes time to listen to me and explain things to me in a way I can understand. I would recommend her to others. She's very smart.
