Dr. Tracy Scott Harvey, MD

I am sick over spending so much money to him. One star way too much. Please research your options, do not choose him. No pics on website should set off warnings. Going to start proceedings to dispute his charges. Pictures of his work very disturbing. Not one person who did not know i had work done noticed any difference. People who knew were saddened- i thought it would be better they said.

Deserves 0 star. Completely horrible results, which were evaluated by several other plastic surgeons as incompetent, old antiquated methods, with disfiguring results. Arrogant to boot. Stay away!

I’ve had two surgeries by Dr. Harvey. Both came out beautifully. I find him charming and thorough. I have confidence in him as a plastic surgeon.

Being a man I truly would have never believed that I could regain a natural more youthful look. I could never express enough to anyone the remarkable and natural more youthful look I now have thanks to Dr. Harvey. He performed a type of facelift on me which is nothing less than remarkable. I truly am amazed as are my family and friends. I wake up each day now totally refreshed looking, younger and more healthy. I definitely do not look like I have had any surgery and I am as natural looking as if I had no surgery. Dr. Harvey is truly an artist and in my opinion the best of the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey's for over a year. He cares about his patients & provides top notch care. His experience coupled with his talent can't be matched. His team rocks! I also highly recommend his aesthetician. Not only is she one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but she is very knowledgeable about skin care & treatments.

Never go to him for a rhinoplasty. My nose looks so much worse than before. Like others, he spoke to me as “honey”. I’m 20 years old and it appears he doesn’t take people my age seriously, even though I was the one who paid for my surgery in full. He’s not accessible, you can really only talk to the nurses. The follow-ups from my surgery would last a maximum of 2 minutes, he just doesn’t care. I think he’s just been in the practice too long and isn’t meticulous anymore. He won’t learn new techniques and has no rewards as an outstanding doctor. It’s about the money and not the patient, hence why he doesn’t usually personally speak to his patients and lets the nurses do it.

Very happy with my results! Dr. Harvey is a talented surgeon & his staff is great. I highly recommend his practice.

I needed a breast reduction for years. When I finally couldn't stand the pain anymore I started looking for highly rated plastic surgeons in the Charleston area. Dr. Harvey's name came up over and over. I was very nervous and had many questions, both preop and postop. Dr. Harvey and his staff were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I am so pleased with the results of the surgery. Dr. Harvey gave me back a part of my life. Thank you!

I honestly can't see Dr. Harvey leaving ANY patient unsatisfied. He has done multiple procedures for me and several family members. He is hands down the best in Charleston!

Bad surgery, bad scars, I had breast reduction, I have an inverted nipple that has no blood supply. I have very bad scarring.
