Dr. Tracy K Heeter, DDS

Dr. Heeter completely and totally traumatized my child. He does not listen, is arrogant and continues working when everyone (both parents, the child and two assistants) were asking him to stop, because my child (his patient) was not completely numb and was screaming from the excruciating pain she felt from the incision he made in her mouth. Trying to conduct oral surgery on a patient that has only received a topical sedative and a topical sedative that did not extend to the extent of the full area of incision, is not okay. Even worse, having 3 people trying to get him to stop and him to ignore all of us and keep working, is horrifying. My child will likely be traumatized by this experience for the rest of her life and I know my husband and I will be. My only hope is that he is never able to assault another again like he did my child, by continuing to work on her when we were all trying to get him to stop. He is a poor example of what a doctor (dentist) should be and I am sorry we ever… saw him. Thank goodness Dr. Mandy and Jim Nelson are the wonderful people they are, because they have gone above and beyond to recover the horrifying scenario we encounter with Dr. Heeter and we are so thankful they not only listened to us, but also have continued to show my daughter and my family the utmost of respect, dignity and compassion during this entire nightmare.Please, if you are reading this, keep this review to Dr. Heeter and do not be concerned about Nelson Dental, the Nelson's are amazing and they deserve to continue to grow and thrive in the business they have done a wonderful job in building.
