I went to this dental office for years and then experienced the root canal from Hades. I cried in the office from the pain! I thought the nightmare was over and then I moved to the east coast where in a routine checkup I was told that my tooth that had the root canal had a crack down the middle. The canal was too big, the cosmetic work was a complete waste of time, etc. At NO time was I ever told the tooth could be lost. It was ONLY due to the exemplary work of an experienced dentist that my mouth isn't a mess. They should have known better, but when you're ripping off insurance and LYING to the patient I guess it's all about the $$$$.
