Dr. Laidley listens, answers questions and gets to underlying problems (when there ARE any). I appreciate her conservative approach to medications, especially if there are negative interactions between medications for more than one malady. She is sympathetic to problems of the aging.

I had very little wait time on this visit. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt that the nurse and the doctor spent plenty of time with me. Dr. Laidley is always very patient, seems to listen really well and is great about explaining all the possible scenarios. I always feel very comfortable and safe discussing my health issues with Dr. Laidley. I feel lucky to have her as my primary doctor.

Dr Laidley and her staff are wonderful. They are professional and yet warm and caring. They listen to how you are feeling. They communicate with each other which helps with the care of their patients. I would and have recommended Dr Laidley to my family and friends.

Dr. Laidley is the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, competence, kindness, outside-the-box thinking, resourcefulness, communicativeness, all with a touch of fun. She takes so much time, clearly deeply cares, and has helped me with so many health issues in a compassionate, holistic, and encouraging fashion. I look forward to every visit with her and to following her customized aftercare instructions to the letter, no matter the health issue. I changed my health insurance specifically so I could follow Tracy to her new practice. (A lot of her info here in Vitals is outdated, BTW.)
