Tracy Lixie, DO

I went in for new migraine meds. The nurse took me back and read off 2 migraine meds that I was on. I was on 1, not 2, and I was also on birth control which wasn’t listed. I corrected the nurse that I was on 1 migraine med, not 2, and I was taking birth control. Then Tracy came back and read the same list the nurse did, and I corrected her as well. I was in there the have the ONE migraine med I was one changed to a new one. Tracy wrote me a script for me new med, and I left. 2 weeks later, I came back with step throat. Nurse takes me back and now reads 3 migraine meds and no birth control. I corrected her and pointed out this was an issue last time. Then Tracy comes back - reads off 3 migraine meds and no birth control. I told Tracy that just 2 weeks prior, I was in, and I pointed put this issue, and it’s the same thing but wise as they just added to the list of meds I was taking and it was incorrect while also not listing another medication. Tracy flippantly turns pages in my chart… and says, “huh I don’t know what the issue is.” I explained to her the issue was they weren’t recording things accurately and further explained how important it is to have accurate charts especially if I get in an accident somewhere and someone has to review my chart when I’m unable to speak for myself. I have worked in a doctors office, been a CNA and carried for patients in multiple AFC homes, so I know how important it is on that level to keep accurate records. Tracy never apologized, never said, “this won’t happen again,” simply acted confused as to how this could happen. I continued to say I just wanted my chart to be accurate and it shouldn’t be this difficult when on 4 different occasions, 2 of which were with Tracy, they’d been informed politely and respectfully of their error, as I’m aware people, even doctors can make mistakes. Her ego wouldn’t allow her to acknowledge she made a mistake not promise it wouldn’t happen again, and then she look me right in the eyes and very sternly said, “so are you wanting the step throat medication or no?!” Obviously I did, and that was important to have if I was sick enough to come in, and contagious. The two are not exclusive - my chart should be accurate, and I should be given proper care. Less than 24 hours later, a letter showed up to my door telling me I was no longer allowed on the office - I was t even allowed to see other doctors there.

Horrible cannot even get appointment dates right. Takes many calls to get scripts and more.

I was in an automobile accident. I was hit at 55mph from behind while at a dead stop waiting on traffic to clear before I made a left hand turn. The other driver was distracted. I have allot of serious medical problems since the accident and Dr. Tracey Lixie has been there for me the entire time. She has always been extremely accurate in all my diagnosis' and treatment. While this has been long suffering, she is always there for me. When my husband and children need to be seen she gives them the best possible treatment imaginable. I just couldn't see this family without her. I get immediate responses to my phone calls and they take immediate action in caring for me.

Dr. Lixie is very helpful, girls (front, and back) very nice and accommodating to our family :)

Dr. Lixie was extremely professional and did a great job with my two children. She is adept and can quickly figure out what problems you are having and help resolve them.
