Listens and answers like you are a person versus a medical professional. Very caring and will go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend. I have been to more than one and she is the only one I will use in the future.

Dr Rukab performed my knee replacement in 2008 and my situation was not "a-typical" knee preplacement and she did an excellent job and gave me 100% improvement on my quality of life.

Staff is great. Easy to get an appointment. However Dr. Rukab Munford always comes into the examination room late with no apologies. She is Not friendly. I have seen her twice she rushes each appointment not interested to listen to my issues for seeing her. It's obvious she is ready to leave the examination. I thought the 1st time maybe she's having a bad day. However 2nd visit the same I do not want to be here attitude. Never the less I still have the same pain nothing got any better. I decided to see another doctor who truly cares about the patients.

Great doctor, very caring, listens, only recommends surgery when absolutely necessary. I always trust her diagnosis.

I waited for 1 and a half hours. 10:00 am appointment, arrived at 9:45 am, finally taken back to exam room at 11:40. Left there for 30 minutes. Expressed my concern to Doctor and she blamed it on the MRI images that I had just been asked for 10 minutes prior to her walking into the exam room at 12:15. Not a happy patient. Not sure I will be back. Will be calling my PC to see if there is possibly someone else who has more respect for their patients than this.
