Dr. Tracy A Novosel, MD

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tracy Novosel for any dermatology related issues. I have been to several dermatologist in Virgina and several other states. Dr. Novosel, without question, has provided the most accurate and beneficial diagnosis and care. I recently had a severe psoriasis conditions with my hands and Dr. Novosel was able to methodically work through to a solution. She worked at a resolution for 8 to 10 months. Dr. Novosel mentioned that I was one of her most difficult cases, but she was determined to provide a solution. I can’t thank Dr. Novosel enough for her hard work and dedication. My condition has turned around almost 100% and my hands are back to normal. Dr. Novosel is the best!

I love her, she is very nice and takes time to check every bit of you and consider your worries. I saw a bunch of dermatologists and she is from far the best I had.

Dr. Novosel was horribly rude to me in her manner and speech. She refused to listen to my symptoms, made an incorrect judgement as to what my issue was and refused to listen to me when I told her I think I have a gluten rash. Sure enough, after seeing an allergist I was told that I do. Nevertheless, Dr. Novosel's rude treatment, talking over me until I would stop describing my symptoms and being rude in manner and tone of voice, prolonged my suffering. You go to a doctor for help, not inaccurate diagnoses and rude treatment on top of it. Lastly, I paid $93 to spend a total of 6 minutes with this angry, condescending wench who gave me a completely wrong diagnosis and I was later diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity after all. I was right and she was wrong, not only in her (mis) diagnosis but her rude treatment of a patient.

As the title indicates, she froze something off my face without first asking me if I wanted this done or discussing the cost (turned out to be several hundred dollars for something that would have likely gone away on its own). She rushed me in asking any questions and did not fully explain how to use a cream that she prescribed. Not a good experience!

Dr. Novosel is one of the kindest doctors I have met. She was very caring and made my daughter feel comfortable. I would definitely refer her to my friends and family.

I DO NOT recommend this doctor. I had the worst experience ever. She was extremely disrespectful, mean and rude and so was her assistant. I wouldn't call her knowledgeable either, she did not answer any of my questions or seemed unwilling to answer it. In general, it's a waste of money. The way she treats people is simply WRONG!!! I greatly regret I went to her, instead I could go to a doctor who knows how to treat people and do the job, but this doctor clearly doesn't even know how to be a human!!!
