Dr. Tracy Jean Osborne, MD

Dr. Osborne is truly a great physician. She never rushes through and examinations and she treats as a patient/human and just another body walking through the door. She is definitely patient focused.

Tried to get in during transition but was notified she took vacation. Her RN Autumn Nelson simply rejected filling my regular prescriptions with no explanation. Guess medical codes don’t apply to her.

Dr. Osborne has been my Primary care doctor since 1997. Never has this doctor been unkind or been anything but professional. She has always took her time and explained things I did not understand.These people that have given her a bad rating must have seen the others doctors or NPs that are in the same office as she is.I believe wholeheartly that she loves her profession and she cares about the patients she sees.After 21yrs. I feel after all that time I would have found faults if she had any.

Referrals and billing are least desirable. If it is more than sniffles...staff refers you to ER. Seem to be treated after trips to ER. Urgent care is better.

Inconsiderate, angry, unreasonable are my top 3.

office staff very poor. don't follow up with rx call-ins. lacking in friendly area. FNP tries to play "doctor" and make everything a "crisis" without any evidence.

Office Manager (Parker) is so unhelpful and difficult.

I've been a patient here for over 10 years and highly recommend them.

called her office on Labor Day. since the office wasnt opened i called nurse on call. All we needed was cough medicine for my 90yr old Grandmother. Explained situation to nurse who was supposed to call in prescription and call us back. She did neither. Now my Grandmother has pneumonia, which can be fatal for someone her age. Another time a couple years ago we needed to get her in for an appt. b/c she was sick. The office wouldnt take her b/c they didnt want to inconvenience other patients who had appts. that day.
