Dr. Ouellet help me where others didn't believe me.

Dr. Ouellette noticed that I had a history of chronic back pain and asked in a terse manner what I thought she could do for me. I suspected that she thought I was looking for drugs. I simply said, "You're an expert in the field and I thought, perhaps,s you might have new ideas, new technologies, or things I haven't tried. She softened after that. I did not return to see her however. I'm an addiction specialist and I won't support or see doctors who don't deal with their own attitudes and stereotypes of people with addiction or chronic pain.

I received treatment from Dr. Ouelette from 2011 thru 2013. I just read the above reviews and I am very shocked about those patients experience. I would say it must of been a off day. I started seeing Dr. Ouelette in 2011 for a auto accident, which included, head TBI, neck and back injuries. She managed my care, referring to needed specialists for my conditions. She had very pleasant manner, was blunt and down to earth. She explained how it is. I found if you don't ask questions you may leave confused. My future visits i asked specific questions, she took time to explain certain treatments. She referred me to specialist that dealt with head injuries, neck and back. She managed my care and combined all the information together by the combined doctors. I would highly recommend her for difficult situations that involve multiple injuries.

Long wait for first appointment. Appointment time was not correct on appointment card they sent with paper work. Waited 45 minutes and left office with doctor holding elevator so we couldn't leave demanding to defend why she couldn't yet see us. Rude office staff. Rude doctor. When we first arrived it was as if the reciptionist wanted to pick an argument with us. Reciptionist area tacky and messy. My wife with a concussion, TBI (traumatic brain injury) and recoving from disabling trama Injuries (fractured neck and back fractured in four places) left over whelmed, angry, and in tears refusing to return and be abused again by either the doctor or staff.

Dr. Ouellette has little if any compassion, she is loud and in your face. She also mentioned several things about my particular situation which happen to not be true. Whe seems to be rather full of herself which makes me wonder why. I am as educated and intellegent as Dr. Ouellette yet she treated me as if I was a child who was not only stupid but raised in a trailer park. I found myself wondering why I was allowing her to treat me as such when she was so far from offering any help but was clear in trying to take me down the road of despair. I would not suggest her to my worst enemy.
