Tracy is efficient, but not what I would call personable

Tracy is excellent. Glad I have her and Nicky looking after me. Both are involved in seeing I the best I can be.

Our dr remembered our unique case situation from the previous year. I was amazed because she sees thousands of people.

Traci provided excellent medical treatment. She prompted with a few questions and then did something unusual, she listened. The result was a change in CPAP equipment that helped improve my sleep but also eliminated some side effects my old machine was creating. She issued the prescription for my new machine that day and the next day I had it. Excellent follow through. Normally I include some critical comments of what could be construed as constructive criticism in review surveys, however none existed and it was all positive.

Very impersonal. Short crisp questions & answers. She gave the impression you were a senior and not important to spend time with. She seemed to want to move on. It was not as if we had a long appt - it was very short. Disappointed!

We discussed CPAP usage and any problems or medication needs but I have been stable so she answered any questions I had and that went well.
