Dr. Tracy Trinette Phillips, MD

She is a really great doctor, and I appreciated her explaining what is happening while working with me as a patient. I just had my first procedure done by her, and she was able to do it quickly and efficiently all while talking to me to keep me calm. Would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips, and go back next time I need anything!

Almost at every appointment sth went wrong: long wait times, cancellations, notified that they need a urine sample after I had gone to the bathroom (instead of directly at check in), ultrasound referrals given so late that the imaging place had no appointments within the correct time period of pregnancy available (happened twice), even lost records... only go there if you are very patient and ready to deal with simple things not working out on a regular basis

I found Dr. Phillips not only to be beautiful but she is very sharp and an expert in her field. She attacked my problem with such confidence and assurance that I had no time to be nervous or worried.She used every tool of technology to get to the bottom of my problem and solved it. She is easily the best OB/Gyn Dr. I have encountered in the bay area. Keep up the good work you are truly gifted. Thank you so much .

I've only had one appointment with her. I sat in the waiting room longer than I expected being her first patient after lunch. She was professional, friendly, accommodating.

I am new to the Bay Area and believe it or not, I met a lady on Bart we started talking about our children which led to birthing then doctors, I told her i needed to find an OBGYN and she recommended Dr. Tracy Phillips. I am glad I set next to this woman on Bart and that we weren't afraid to speak to each other, because out of our conversation I met a great woman and a cool doctor. Thank you!!!

Dr. Phillips is compassionate and competent. And best of all, she is very gentle with her exams. I have never been more comfortable at a Gyne exam. Her staff was great as well. Overall great experience. Highly recommended!

I really like Dr. Phillips, she took her time with me explored all options went over them with me, she answered all of my questions. Dr. Phillips was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I also like the fact that when my results from any test came back she had her staff call me with the results. Just all over a very good place to go, I would recommend her to everyone

Dr. Phillips is a very caring and competent doctor. Her office staff definitely needs training and learn what customer service means.

Dr. Phillips was great, but it's a shame that her medical assistant gave me bad vibes. She had an attitude and she did not give me a warm welcome to the office. She gave me a "I-hate-my-job" impression.

The Dr. herself had a good bedside manner and seemed competent. The staff leaves much to be desired. A testing apparatusin her office broke down and I had to wait over amonth to get another apointment. Very frustrating!
